Significance
The 18th century palace is an outstanding example of traditional palace architecture with its painted walls, precious shebeke on windows.

State of Preservation
The last restoration works in July 2019 was carried out in the territory of the Palace of Khans. recently the palace in good condition. A complete restoration from 2002 – 2004 supported by the World Bank and executed under the leading of a German restoration team. From 1955 to 1965 restoration was carried out in full under the supervision of Niyazi Rzaev.
