Significance
This five storey structure is the highest building in the civic area. Each storey decrease in size and is open on all sides. The last storey is covered by a large dome. The building’s height is equal to the length of the ground floor, which contains 84 columns. It overlooks the great courtyard and is a great place to catch cool breezes.
